In 2011 Hoodslam was part of an event at the East Bay Rats Club. On this day, Hoodslam changed its name and took on a different tone. A six man tournament was held, and after much violence, destruction of property, tables thumbtacks and BLOOD the first BloodKING was crowned in Scott Rick Stoner.

For many years, the event laid dormant. Why bleed all day when we can use pool noodles and sega saturns as weapons?

But then time after time, Hoodslammers would get hardcore, bring out tables, attack each other with fire even... every now and then, you've gotta purge a little.

Last year, unfortunately, a little twist occured. A group of fans attending their first Hoodslam stumbled accross a horror massacre. They were attacked from all ends. Some fought back. Some turned evil. Others simply died. In the end, Edward was able to win the heart of his 'bella', but he and his wedding party of evil were fought off by the survivors, Donnie Drinko and Stina.

Also last year, Akuma and Ken settled their feud in a bloody battle involving barbed wire, steel chairs and an insane dive from the balcony. It really bears mentioning. Those that attend, we hope you enjoy the horror, but you'll probably see some things you weren't ready for. Squeamish stay home.
